Before Your Appointment

Booking is easy through our website, and we offer extended hours to fit your schedule. Once you arrive, you’ll find us in a peaceful, professional space at 1000 Willagillespie Rd., Suite 375, Eugene, Oregon, with free parking available.

No need to overthink what to wear—come as you are. You'll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level, and you’ll be fully draped with a sheet or blanket throughout the session. Mike Nash, our licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, will walk you through anything you’re unsure about.

What Happens During Your Massag

Mike takes a holistic, personalized approach. Before starting, he’ll ask about your goals, areas of discomfort, or conditions you’d like to address. Whether you prefer silence, calming music, or gentle conversation, your preferences are honored.

Using a blend of techniques like deep tissue, Swedish, or myofascial release, Mike adjusts pressure and style to your needs—and there are no upcharges for additional therapies. That means hot towels, dōTERRA essential oils, cupping, and Thera Gun therapy are all included if they can support your healing.

After Your Session

Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. It's normal to feel a little sore the next day, especially if deeper work was done—this is your body adjusting and healing.

Drink plenty of water, rest if possible, and tune into how you feel in the days following your massage. Mike can recommend a plan for follow-up care if you'd like to continue building on your progress.
