I’ve worked in massage therapy for over two decades, and in that time, one thing has stayed true: the best care doesn’t come from a single technique. It comes from listening to the body and drawing from a deep well of clinical, sports, and spa modalities.

I studied at one of the most respected massage schools in the country, where I learned how to blend skill with presence—because being truly seen and heard is part of healing, too.
